Gatlinburg Mountain Mall Webcam Camera is Down Permanently

This Downtown Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Mall Webcam offers one of the best views of the Gatlinburg Parkway, see the live Gatlinburg traffic and holiday parades as well as the pedestrians enjoying all the shops and exploring the eateries
This webcam is sponsored by Smoky Frontiers.
Strategically located where the main Gatlinburg Parkway intersects the River Road it is tough to beat the views this web cam offers. Located at 611 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Right at traffic light number 6 which is just a stones throw away from the Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. This web camera is located near the roof of the mall which houses 36 stores that you will enjoy visiting with your entire family. For a list of stores see the Mountain Mall Facebook page
So come back often to see the Downtown Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Mall Webcam it is the number one visited webcam in Gatlinburg Tennessee. One you visit it a few times you will see why it is the crowd favorite! We think this Gatlinburg Web Cam is the favorite is the location. It is a hub of activity with the aquarium, Anakeesta Village chairlift and the mountain Mall right in this one central location everyone who has ever walked the parkway has ventured to this corner. Plus it is great just to watch all the cars and RV’s roll into town on a busy Friday or Saturday and then they all start heading out on Sunday’s and Monday’s .

This camera offers one of the best views of the downtown Gatlinburg Parkway, see the live Gatlinburg traffic and holiday parades. RIght!
Funny how this site says this camera shows the holiday parades. Why is it before parades this downtown camera is never working. Hmmm.
Only living two counties away from the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area has been a blessing. I’m 68 years old now but some of my fondest memories from my early childhood are in the Smokies and it was a great weekend getaway for us. We all knew it would grow and grow in the coming years but it’s still a great feeling to go there. Feels like sort of a second home. My In-Laws built a home several years ago near Sevierville and had it on a rental basis as well. We spent many great days there. They got older and decided to sell it. Sadly it was lost in the fires and the only thing we have now is photos and memories. Appreciate the cam. Good to check the weather in winter there and the crowds at the Christmas parades and such.
Cam out?
the camera needs to be turned back to show both sides of the street as well as traffic downtown. this view does not give the viewer the information we want. is it busy there? traffic heavy? you get it i’m sure.
Could you move the camera back to showing the street????
Move the camera back to show more of the Downtown roadway.
Thanks
The camera view is messed up.
