why does the camera not work? This was the best cam of Gatlinburg. Fix it please
it now says down permanently. my guess is they don’t want us to see all the traffic and say to hell with that place.
I have just talked to the people at the mountain Mall they are going to try to get the plastic bag taken off so maybe we can have the camera back and I’ve talked to Gatlinburg mayor’s office also so y’all keep your fingers crossed
Benny the guy I talked to said it’s totally down they’re not going to bring it back up but I’m not giving up we need that camera back up but I go to the space Needle now and look because the space Needle has taken over that spot it’s shooting down the street now and it looks good but it moves all the time or changes directions

i wish this camera was working im going down there in a month and would love if it was up and running
This has always been my favorite webcam to check in Gatlinburg. You get a feel for the conditions on the Parkway… The crowd levels, the sunshine or the rain and the overall mood. You can see the sidewalk shops up close. But now, the webcam isn’t working and by the comments, apparently not for a while. I hope it’s back soon.
Will you be fixing the webcam anytime soon.
The downtown mall web cam is out of service
This webcam has not worked for a couple weeks now. Hope they get it up and running again soon.
